Scott D. Adashek, DDS, MS, Diplomate

Dr. Scott Adashek has been practicing Periodontics in the Phoenix area since 2011. He primarily sees patients at the Central Phoenix and Paradise Valley offices; however, Dr. Adashek will supplement our patient care efforts in other locations as needed.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Dr. Adashek went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Marquette University School of Dentistry.  Following dental school, Dr. Adashek pursued specialty training at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where he earned both a Master of Biomedical Sciences degree and a Certificate in Periodontics.  Dr. Adashek is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology, and is a member of several professional dental organizations.

Dr. Adashek is committed to working closely with his patients’ referring dentists and dental hygienists to create and execute comprehensive dental treatment plans that meet the needs and desires of the patients.

In his free time, Dr. Adashek enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with his family.
